I will be 10000% honest I hate doing reviews. That said Kim deserves one 10 fold. It was a three year process as finding the right house has been a process. Not Kim's fault as I was looking for something very specific. Lucky that after three years she never was upset with me.

If I could give Kim a 10 star rating, I definitely would, she certainly deserves it! After a sudden and severe life-altering situation, I was able to buy my new home through Kim while in another state. Found Kim's contact information after several Google searches for Remax Realtors in South Florida. Her name kept showing up at the top of those lists. After giving Kim a call and making her aware of my situation, I gave her my wish list of what I was hoping to find in a home. Within minutes she sent me MLS Listings for several properties that met my needs. After calling her back and letting her know which homes I was interested in seeing, Kim set up Zoom walk-throughs for the next morning. After those Zoom walk-throughs, I told her which home I was interested in buying, and we had a contract in place by 8 pm that same evening. From the insurance agents I spoke to for my car and homeowner policies, to the folks I spoke to at the title company, everyone told me I couldn't have landed in better hands. Not only were we able to close on my new home in 14 days, Kim set up my new place with an air mattress and a card table and chairs, as I had no furniture. She has continued to stay in touch with me. In closing I'd like to add, Kim helped me land on my feet during one of the scariest experiences of my life, and I will be forever grateful to her for everything she did to stand with me and guide me through it. Kim helped me in purchasing my first home. She was extremely helpful with the whole process. Her and her husband Russ are both realtors, they are friendly as can be down to earth good people. Kim made herself available to work with my schedule and show me all the different options I was interested in. She also knew my max budget (around 200) and that I wanted to be way below that (purchased my house around 80.) Kim stayed within what I wanted to spend, never showing me more expensive houses for a better commission. She worked just as hard as if I was buying a several hundred thousand dollar house.
